心血来潮 想弄些小蛋糕给孩子们吃
又不想做复杂的步骤
嘻嘻 看上了这个海绵杯子蛋糕
食谱是记录了蛮久的
我喜欢到处逛部落 看到心水的食谱
就会打印出来 而忘了著名哪里取的
搞到自己都不清楚是去哪里拿的 @@
奶香味和巧克力粒真的很搭配孩子一口巧克力 一口蛋糕的
蛋糕的表面好好看噢心情也跟着好好噢
烘烤了小小的12个杯子蛋糕
我一个 大眼妹一个 大头哥一个开心的在吃着
底沉藏了好多的巧克力粒噢孩子们爱吃 妈咪也爱
所以放了好多噢 呵呵
做法真的很简单 又好吃噢
食谱：The Kitchen 70's
A：蛋2个，幼糖60g （可减10g）
B：低筋粉60g
C：无盐奶油15g，鲜奶25g
1）将C隔水加热至奶油溶解
2）把蛋打散，加入糖用电动搅拌器打发至变白
3）筛入B用打蛋器轻轻拌匀至无颗粒
4）取少量面糊加入已溶化的C中拌匀
5）再倒回入做法（3）用橡皮刀快速拌匀
6）倒入纸杯，放入已预热的烤箱以180度烘约15分钟
现 在 的 妈 妈 都 很 有 心 思 做 蛋 糕 哦 。 。 。

不过我较少做小蛋糕，懒惰倒面糊~都是一kali过进大盘就好，哈哈~
