这是我第一次煮腊肠蒸鸡肉真的很简单 不用煎炸的呵呵 适合懒惰的我味道好吃又下饭食谱在六月的家偷回来的 (食谱来自《杂饭档2》)腊肠蒸鸡肉材料:2个鸡腿(剁块) 2条腊肠(切片)调味料:蚝油1大匙 姜汁1大匙酱油1大匙 绍兴酒1大匙糖半小匙 麻油半小匙粟粉半大匙 胡椒粉半小匙做法:将鸡肉和腊肠加入所有的调味料拌均,放入蒸盘中,以大火蒸15-20分钟即可。
